Bill Eubank

William L. Eubank, Jr. is the Director-in-Charge of the Tax Practice for the Firm. He serves clients in many areas including medical and legal professionals, trusts, estate and gift planning for individuals, small business tax compliance and related planning, partnerships and corporations. Bill has helped clients with corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has managed tax engagements for all types of industries in Mississippi and throughout the United States, including Appeals and testifying in the U.S. Tax Court. He has been active in maintaining the liaison relationship between the Internal Revenue Service and the Firm.

Bill is the recipient of the 2010 MSCPA Public Service award and 2011 MS Hospital Association Trustee of the Year award.

  

J. Frank Betts, CPA
  
J. Frank BettsFrank Betts as the Managing Member of Eubank & Betts provides services to clients for accounting, auditing, business, individual tax planning, and tax services. He has many years experience serving individuals, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Frank also has auditing and accounting experience in many areas such as government entities, charitable organizations, skilled nursing facilities, real estate, retirement plans, Medicaid and Medicare cost reimbursement methods and litigation support. His audit and accounting experience allows him to provide consulting services to other CPA firms in America as well as serving the firm’s clients in these areas. He is firm Director-in-Charge of Peer Reviews and assists many U.S. CPA Firms in complying with the standards in the quality of their audit and accounting practices. Frank presently serves as International Chairman of CPA Associates International, Inc. His experience as an auditor, co-authorship of "Guide to Auditor's Reports" and many years of service on AICPA and MSCPA boards and technical committees has earned the firm recognition as one of the leading firms in the public accounting profession.

Steve HirnSteve Hirn is the Director-in-Charge of Real Estate Services for the Firm. His other areas of practice include wholesale and retail business, restaurants, professional service firms, nonprofit organizations and financial institutions. He provides real estate services to clients for acquisition, development, commercial operation, and multi-family housing, including areas of government assistance. Steve also serves client needs in the areas of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements; forecasting and projecting and budgeting; agreed upon procedures, compliance with contracted and regulatory agreements; business planning and evaluation of purchase or sale of businesses. In his tax practice areas, he works extensively with individuals, partnerships and corporate clients, as well as specialized services such as depreciation cost segregation studies.

Jimmy WoodJames E. Wood is the Director-in-Charge of the Audit practice for Eubank, Betts, Hirn, Wood, PLLC. He is responsible for auditing and accounting engagements for firm clientele, including engagements involving governmental activities, non-profit organizations, real estate, nursing homes, automotive and equipment dealers, and information technology entities. He also devotes a significant amount of time and effort toward client income and estate/gift tax planning and compliance matters. He is accredited to perform business valuations by the AICPA as well as the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Additionally, Jimmy performs peer reviews for CPA firms across the country.  
  

George W. Hammack, CPA

George HammackGeorge Hammack serves client needs in the areas of wholesale and retail business, restaurants, professional service firms, real estate and funeral homes. His areas of practice also include tax compliance, tax planning, business planning, and evaluation of purchase or sale of businesses.
