James E. Wood, CPA/ABV, CVA

James E. Wood is the Director-in-Charge of the Audit practice for Eubank, Betts, Hirn, Wood, PLLC. He is responsible for auditing and accounting engagements for firm clientele, including engagements involving governmental activities, non-profit organizations, real estate, nursing homes, automotive and equipment dealers, and information technology entities. He also devotes a significant amount of time and effort toward client income and estate/gift tax planning and compliance matters. He is accredited to perform business valuations by the AICPA as well as the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Additionally, Jimmy performs peer reviews for CPA firms across the country.
