Kirk M. Ivan, CPA 

Kirk joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 2004. As tax manager, he provides the day-to-day management of engagements including the planning and supervision of the tax return preparation process and coordinating tax consulting projects. He schedules tax related assignments and reviews the tax staff's work. Kirk graduated from the Akron University of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the states of Mississippi and Ohio. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Tax Manager for American Express Tax and Business Services where he worked for fifteen years. Kirk is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the MS Society of CPAs and the MS Estate Planning Council. He is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Madison. Kirk and his family are members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Madison.  

Jill G. Massey, CPA 

Jill joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 1982. Jill's experience includes a wide range of assignments with emphasis on income tax and real estate development. She graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Mississippi. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Associates International, the MS Society of CPA, and an associate member of Junior Auxiliary Madison – Ridgeland, MS. Jill is also a member of the Grenada, MS Garden Club and an officer in United Methodist Women - First United Methodist Church of Grenada, MS. 

Carleen S. Pickering, CPA, CVA, CFE

Carleen joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 1997. Her experience with the Firm includes audit and compliance services for various types of entities, and preparing tax returns. She performs a wide range of audits in various industries including employee benefits. She is experienced in preparing and reviewing cost reports; litigation support; preparing projections; assisting in business reorganizations; and preparing business valuations. Carleen graduated from the Dickinson State University, Dickinson, ND with a double degree - one in accounting and one in business administration. She received her certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in December 2005 and as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in May 2010. Carleen is a certified public accountant licensed in the states of Mississippi and North Dakota. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a Corporate Tax Auditor I with the Office of State Tax Commissioner, State of North Dakota and a Financial Manager and Controller for a private practice. Carleen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the MS Society of CPAs, and the MS Chapter of Estate Planning. She is on the Board of Directors of the Central MS Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the MSCPA’s Society of Not-For-Profit Committee. Additionally, Carleen assists with peer reviews for CPA firms across the county. She is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Rankin. She is an active member of First Baptist Church of Brandon.

Tricia L. Griffing, CPA

Tricia joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 1998. Tricia is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Mississippi. She has 16 years experience in accounting. Her experience includes auditing, general accounting and tax consulting for a wide range of industries including automobile, retail, interior design, software development, healthcare, food & beverage, and real estate. Her experience also includes audits of nonprofit organizations including churches. Tricia graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. Prior to joining the Firm, Tricia was an Assistant Division Vice President and Controller for Waste Management, Inc. in Tennessee. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the MS Society of CPAs and the Alpha Phi Fraternity Alumni. Tricia is an active member of Pinelake Church. 

Curtis L. King, Jr., CPA

Kirk joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 2009. His responsibilities include tax preparation, compilation of financial statements, and various audit or review activities. Kirk is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he received a B.B.A. in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Past Treasurer of the Central Chapter of Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Derek W. Holeman, CPA

Derek joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 2006. His experience with the Firm includes audit, other attestation services, compliance services, and preparing tax returns. He has experience with engagements that include employee benefits plans, non-profit organizations, governmental entities, corporations, and partnerships. Derek has both his MBA and BSBA from Mississippi College.  In 2009, Derek became a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Mississippi.  Derek is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the MS Society of CPAs. He is an active member of First Baptist Church of Richland. 

Tammy Dugger

Tammy joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 1998. Her experience with the Firm includes a range of assignments in accounting and auditing. She provides these services for retirement plans, individuals, local municipalities, funeral homes, the trucking industry and low-income housing projects. She also does bookkeeping for doctor's offices and developers as well as compilations for furniture companies. Tammy graduated from Belhaven College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Dianne F. Carlton

Dianne Carlton joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team's Business Services Department in 2008. She brings years of accounting experience to the firm and specializes in Business Services including QuickBooks Consulting and Training, Payroll Services and Bookkeeping Services. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Matt Thiel, CPA

Faye Carole Cleveland, CPA 

Faye Carole joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 2011. She has over 30 years of experience in all areas of public accounting. She graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi in 1979, with a major in accounting. While at Ole Miss, she earned numerous honors including Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Honorary, Mortar Board, Omicron Delta Kappa Senior Honoraries and Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges. Faye Carole is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Central Chapter of Mississippi Society of CPA's. She has been involved with numerous civic activities such as PTA Board, Junior Auxiliary, Kidney Foundation and Law Wives. She is an active member of Galloway Methodist Church.  

Chris Walker, CPA

Chris joined the Eubank Betts Hirn Wood, PLLC team in 2011. He has over five years of experience in public accounting. He graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration as an accounting major and a Master’s Degree in Professional Accountancy. Chris played on the Southern Miss tennis team as a freshman and sophomore and was inducted into the Southern Miss student Hall of Fame in 2006 for his involvement on campus. Chris is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Mississippi. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the MS Society of CPA’s. Additionally, Chris participates in USTA local league tennis and is an active member of Crossgates Baptist Church.  

Becky White, Marketing Director

Becky has joined the CPA firm of Eubank & Betts, PLLC as Marketing Director in February 2008.  She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies as well as maintaining the company’s public relations. Her other responsibilities include research; seminar and workshop development; creation of brochures, proposals and ads; website planning and implementation; and event planning. Becky’s previous marketing experience includes eight years with a professional firm and nine years with a local environmental engineering firm.
